General
What is Unetwork Ventures?+
Unetwork Ventures helps everyday people activate a Unetwork license and participate from their smartphone. The app can continue background participation while the device is active, with verified activity reflected as UP (Unity Point) rewards.
What do I need to participate?+
You need a compatible smartphone, the Unetwork app, an active ULO (Unetwork License Operator) license, and a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection. Some tasks may need a SIM, eSIM, or another task-specific requirement.
How do I get and activate a license?+
Use the Get Your License button to receive a license code, then enter it in the Unetwork app and select the ULO (Unetwork License Operator) role. The How It Works page shows the full setup.
Do I need to keep checking my phone?+
No. Your phone can keep generating background rewards while the app is active and connected. You can earn more when you choose to complete additional tasks that appear in the Tasks tab, but background participation does not require constant checking.
How long does a license last?+
Each license has a 12-month lease period. A license is bound to one device when activated.
What devices are supported?+
The current setup guide supports Android 7+ and iOS 15+. A normal smartphone with a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection is enough; no special hardware is required.
Tasks
What kinds of tasks are available?+
The current directory includes Connections to Unetwork, Caller ID (Caller Identification) Testing, SMS (Short Message Service) Testing, Connectivity Verification, Surveys, Extended Telemetry, and Entropy Contribution. Availability and status can vary by region, device, carrier, and current demand.
Do all tasks require manual participation?+
No. Connections to Unetwork and some telemetry activity can run in the background. Caller ID and SMS testing may ask you to confirm what arrived on your phone. Surveys require you to complete the survey when one is available. Always follow the instructions shown in the app.
What are Surveys?+
Surveys are consumer research tasks that use the reach of real devices in real locations. They appear from time to time and are region-based, so not every operator will see the same opportunities.
Why is a Survey reward pending?+
Survey submissions are reviewed by the survey provider. After a successful completion, the amount may appear under Pending rewards while the submission is validated. A rejected submission does not move from pending to credited.
What is Extended Telemetry?+
Extended Telemetry is a beta opt-in task that can use approximate city-level location information to strengthen network verification. Precise location remains on your device. It is part of the planned expansion toward a dedicated Telemetry Marketplace and additional telemetry-related tasks.
Where can I see every task and its current status?+
Visit the task directory on this homepage for the complete directory. The Unetwork app remains the latest place to check eligibility, availability, and in-app instructions.
Rewards & Withdrawals
What does the $200+ monthly projection mean?+
It is an expected projection based on active participation across background activity and available tasks. Actual results vary depending on device uptime, tasks available in your region, tasks completed, overall activity, and current network demand.
What is UP (Unity Point)?+
UP means Unity Point. The current reference value shown on this site is 1 UP = 1 USD.
When do I start earning?+
Background participation can begin after your license is activated and the app is running. A green checkmark in the app indicates that the license is active.
How long do Survey rewards take to settle?+
Surveys completed in a given month are finalized on the last day of the following month if they pass validation. Depending on timing, a Survey can remain pending for around 60 days.
Is KYC required for withdrawals?+
Yes. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required for both crypto withdrawals and bank transfers. Use accurate identity information and follow the verification instructions in the management portal.
How do I withdraw my rewards?+
Use the Unetwork Management Portal at manage.unetwork.io. Sign in, open Rewards, complete KYC if prompted, choose Crypto or Bank Transfer, and follow the available instructions. See the How It Works page for the full flow.
What are the current withdrawal limits?+
Crypto: minimum $5 USD and maximum $150 USD per withdrawal.
Bank transfer: minimum 200 UPS and maximum 1,000 UPS, with a 1,000 UPS 24-hour limit.
Troubleshooting
Which app version should I use?+
Use the Google Play or App Store version when it is available for your device. Use an official APK only when you have a store-region or installer issue. If you switch between builds, uninstall the previous build and install the new one cleanly rather than installing one over the other.
How can I keep the app active on Android?+
Set the app battery setting to Unrestricted or Don’t optimize, allow background activity, and lock the app in your recent-apps screen when your device supports that option. Device-specific battery cleaners or sleeping-app settings can also stop background activity.
Why is my uptime or reward activity lower than expected?+
Check that the app is signed in, connected, updated, and not being force-stopped by battery management. Keep the phone reasonably cool and verify that the required permissions are enabled. Task volume also varies by location, eligibility, and demand.
How can I improve KYC address verification?+
Use a recent statement or utility bill in your own name. An official digital PDF from your bank is usually clearer than a photo of a printed document. If the PDF is password-protected, save an unlocked copy before uploading it and make sure all details match your identity information.
What should I include when asking for support?+
Share the device model, operating-system version, app version, and a short description of the issue. Avoid sharing passwords, private keys, identity documents, or other sensitive information in a public support channel.
